Registration / event details

The event (and the price) includes:

  • accommodation and food for 3 days
  • the NWTA weekend adventure itself - we start on Friday 17:00 and finish on Sunday no earlier than 16:00
  • Primary Integration Training (PIT) - a program to help you integrate the weekend experience, with a 3h meeting every week, for 9 weeks

General application conditions

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You confirm that you are comfortable participating in a workshop conducted in English.
  • You undertake to provide us with correct information.
  • The number of places for each adventure is limited. Participants are selected in order of registration. You will be informed if you are on the waiting list.
  • You agree that the payment is non-refundable, but you may defer your participation in a future adventure (NWTA) of your choice for up to 12 months.

Registration options through this website are:

  1. ⁠Paying the full 2800 RON cost of the adventure.
  2. Paying a partial deposit of 600 RON and then making the full payment up to the sum of 2800 RON at the latest with 1 month before the event.

We are an NGO, so if you want to pay from a company account, it can only be done via a sponsorship (donation) contract, not an invoice! If this is your option, give us all the details on e-mail.

Following your registration you will receive an automatic email from our platform, confirming your payment. After this you will receive the next email with the forms you need to complete.
