General terms and conditions :

• You must be at least 18 years old;
• You agree to provide us with accurate information;
• You accept that the deposit is non-refundable, but that you may carry over your participation to a future adventure (NWTA) of your choice, up to a limit of 12 months;
• The number of places per adventure is limited. Participants are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be informed if you are on the waiting list.

The registration process consists of three steps:

1. Register on this site by paying the deposit;
2. Return documents that will be sent to you by email;
3. Payment of the balance with a link that will be sent to you by email.

Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy

This policy is presented at the time of purchase. Full or partial payment equals consent to the following terms. The policy is valid for fully paying participants as well as participants who pay a discounted fee.

Any cancellation or transfer request must be made via email:

• To an official MKP Croatia email account (@mankindproject.hr)
• From the email address used for the booking

Ticket Cancellation, Transfer and Refund

If you cannot attend or MKP Croatia cancels the event, the following applies:

1. Cancellation up to 30 days before the event

You are entitled to:

• A full refund to the original payment account
• OR a full-value refund voucher valid for any MKP Croatia event within 24 months

2. Cancellation up to 14 days before the event

You are entitled to:

• A 50% refund (50% cancellation fee applies)
• OR a full-value refund voucher valid for 24 months

3. Cancellation less than 14 days before the event

No refunds are provided, except in the following cases:

Medical reason:

• With a valid doctor’s confirmation, you receive a refund under Rule 2
• Once the event has started, no refunds are issued (including after check-in)

Replacement participant:

• Another person takes your place (via transfer or resale by MKP Croatia)
• You receive a full-value refund voucher valid for 24 months

4. Transfer of booking

To another event:

• Cancel your ticket according to the rules above
• Request a refund voucher
• Use it to book another MKP Croatia event

To another person:

• You must find a replacement participant
• Contact the booking office to arrange the transfer

5. If MKP Croatia cancels the event

• You receive a full refund
• MKP aims to notify at least 30 days in advance
• Exceptions may occur due to unforeseen circumstances

6. Health, travel & additional policies

• You must cancel participation if you have symptoms of a contagious illness (e.g. flu, COVID-19, stomach virus)
• You are responsible for minimizing risk to others

Travel recommendation:

• Purchase refundable travel tickets

Important:

• MKP Croatia does not cover or reimburse travel or insurance costs
• This applies even if the event is cancelled or you cannot attend due to travel restrictions

7. Refund vouchers

• Valid for 24 months
• Can be used for full or partial payments
• Can be used for any future MKP Croatia event
• Can be transferred to another person

8. NWTA Guarantee

If you complete the NWTA through the Sunday Closing Ceremony but are not satisfied, you may request a full cash refund, provided:

• Tuition is fully paid before the training
• You attended all three days on-site
• You participated in all exercises
